Dr. Shane Costa’s new dental practice designed by GTM Architects was an incredible project that was a success by all measures! Not only was the deadline met to open, the results mirrored the initial vision for the practice. Dr. Costa’s architects and design consultants helped make the process smooth and efficient, leaving big smiles all around at this Great Falls, VA location.
Liberty Construction enjoyed bringing Costa Family Dentistry a feeling and look that is equal parts comfortable, sophisticated, and aesthetically pleasing. The medical space’s design makes a point to stay consistent with a neutral color palette to produce a modern look. To add character, it was accented with gold fixtures and a contemporary wall design, complimenting the high-end equipment in this technologically-advanced dental practice. On top of interior fit-out, Liberty installed additional outdoor condenser units, air handling units, modifications to the storefront, and core drilling for the new plumbing lines above the basement garage.
In late 2020, material lead times dictated a successful project and this project required ordering flooring, tile, and specialty fixtures being shipped in from Germany and Italy. Despite that, this project was completed on time due to scheduling playing a critical role. This is what we call success!
